Artwork While we understand that artwork can be tricky, we also understand that as a customer, you want to avoid any unnecessary costs. Therefore, we’ve provided the information below to help you prepare your artwork for print. Doing so not only leads to quick turnaround but will also save you additional costs. At the same time, if you’re a customer that would rather save time than money, or if you’re not used to working with computer-generated artwork, simply send us your design via e-mail. We are more than happy to assist with simple adjustments free of charge; however, any major work – such as redrawing a logo from an incompatible format or creating a design from scratch – will entail a $35.00/hour Artwork Fee. Getting Us Your Artwork Most people provide us with their artwork digitally – whether via e-mail, via website, or brought to us on a flash drive. If your design is based off a hard copy – such as a business card, picture, or previously-made product – bring this in as well. We can scan it, help you find its original file, or recreate it. Again, keep in mind that these additional steps may incur Artwork Fees.
